Due to the nature of the products and services provided by Clement Ashley Consulting, the following policy applies to all purchases made via our websites and third-party storefronts:
- No Returns Allowed: Because our products consist of digital downloads, online courses, and intellectual property, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
- Final Sale: All sales of digital products, templates, and consulting materials and services are final.
- Service Bookings: If your purchase includes scheduled calls or consulting sessions, these are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via email at least 48 hours before the scheduled time; failure to do so results in the forfeiture of the session.
